No Feedback from Ex Gratia Application

This is more a request than a complaint. I have applied for Ex Gratia after receiving Bilateral Hip Replacements in July and again in September following a Dislocation to my left hip. I sent in my request on the 3rd of October. I received a response on the 1st of November requesting additional information that was sent through. On the 18th I phoned a number Discovery gave me and the Gentleman told me my case will be presented to the Board on the 20th of November.

I have not had any feedback at all and just want to know what the outcome was.

If anyone can give me feedback it will be greatly appreciated.
