On 9 September 2013 I had to visit Pulmonologist, Dr J Theron, which according to Discovery's network will be covered (it had that green dot).

The Doctor's rooms advised that Discovery should pay for the whole visit and gave me a claim form which I completed and sent to them on 10 Sept. 2013 together with the CIB form required for the medication for my asthma.

After receiving NO feedback, I called and I was advised that ONLY HALF of it will be paid unless I fill in the PMB form. On 12 Sept I sent off the PMB form and after countless phone calls and being passed around several times with ridiculous excuses, I finally heard back from 04 October and my request got declined with reasons which i do not understand due to the jargon used on their feedback.

I revised the PMB conditions offered on our coastal saver plan and asthma IS covered.

Now Discovery, please be so kind to URGENTLY get back to me on the following:

- the status my CIB application for my asthma meds
- when i will get paid the other half of my visit to the pulmonologist which is supposed to be covered.
