Substandard service and facilities

Would discourage travellers from staying at the Garden Courth South Beach. We were in room 2103 and the carpeting was horrendous like there was a flood in that room before. Also the room type was not what I request upon the initial booking with Sereena. When we went down to reception Puseletso became very defensive instead of trying to resolve the matter. Substandard facilities and substandard service - will not be returning.
