Unaccommodating and poor service

I ask for a sea facing room as there is no option when doing the booking through the Discovery website. I was told to contact Discovery who in turn now tell me I must pay R85 rand and they will rebook with a superior room and charge me the difference for that room. Alot of bull as when I went to umhlanga and Sabi river sun I never has any problems asking for a sea or pool facing room. How popular is PE in any case maybe I must just cancel the trip as the people in PE are not in need of customers.
