Why is it that in today's time, people just don't bother returning calls. I have called Camaf on numerous occasions requesting feedback on a claim that is pending for more than 90 days. Zainoon and Jeanette doesn't respond to simple customer service requests. Everytime I call into the call centre they are always busy on a call or in meetings or out of the office, which is highly understandable considering the environment they working in, however when you leave numerous messages for them to call you back, they blatantly ignore the request. I contribute more than R8000 per month to my scheme, yet this is how their customers are treated. I'm not one to complain, but after calling this morning to find out that they were busy again, I left another message for a return call. At 16h30, still no call, I called in yet again only to find out that they have already left the office. After asking to speak to Jeanette's superior, I was informed that Cathy too had already left, what annoyed me was that when I requested Cathy's email address, I was informed that the staff are not allowed to issue out managements email addresses, how inappropriate for an organization who provides customer service?
