CAMAF refuses refund

I am totally shocked by CAMAF's poor customer service. Emails sent to [Email Removed] are not responded to and promises to return my calls are not kept. I've dealt with 2 different consultants only because the consultant who initially handled my request is always busy on another call.

My wife was treated at Wilgeheuwel Hospital's Casuality unit on the 03/04/13. I was required to pay cash up front for the consultation, which I did. On the 04/04/13 I submitted a scanned claim to [Email Removed] The claim was processed by CAMAF and paid to the Doctors instead of me. On contacting CAMAF they advised me to take it up with the Doctor as CAMAF do not do refunds. The Doctors policy is also not to refund the client but that the medical aid should do a reversal and pay the money back to the client.
My problem is both CAMAF and the Doctor's practice are not willing to budge on their policies and provide me with a refund. I've spoken to CAMAF and according to their Call Centre consultant it's been escalated to their Management who have apparently reviewed the query but still declined the refund or even to assist me in any way

All I want is a refund!!!
