UNDISCLOSED blood test result but seeking payment

I got contacted last week about a not paying for blood tests I took in FEBRUARY 2013 and then they expect me to pay promptly and claim they have been trying to get a hold of me when that is not the case. The crux of this issue is the fact that the DR could not give me my results because he said to me that the medical aid refused to pay. So if I pay, what am I paying for, A Dr that didn't help me?
