Discovery once again a disappointment

We joined Discovery Jan 2013. they asked which chronic meds I use on the form and I told them. One of my meds is Eltroxin, which they said they cover. Came to Claiming they don't pay it on Chronic. I phone them the say I must go for Blood tests for the Thyroid. so I do. I mail them the results plus the Dr prescription of the dose that I use, and have been using for the last 8 years. Blood test shows it is the right dose. Now the don't pay because the say my blood test show normal. My goodness, how stupid can you be. OBVIOUSLY IT WILL SHOW NORMAL, The dose I am on is the correct dose. Now they want me to get the original blood test results of 8 years ago. Where on this earth must I get that now.
they can phone the previous med aid and ask them. The person I spoke to said he will phone my Dr and get a letter from him, WELL that he did not do. He did not even phone me as promised to give me update, WHY? because he did not do as promoted. As so I must pay my meds cash. After doing all they asked, paying for Dr visit and blood results CASH. I cannot understand how they can get away with all their issues. They do not GIVE what THEY PROMISE when they want your membership.
