Terrible Customer Service

I called the call centre got transfered from Mannie and then eventually answered by Paulma and then transfered agan between departments for 56 min and still no help. I held onto an agent Christelle Trosky's line for over 20 min while she spoke to her team leader, who according to the agent the phone answered the call on it own and she did not know a client is on her line. I speak to Liza Miller who does not what is going on an raises her voice at me,
My query is a simple pmb query where i was awaiting feedback from the medical advisor on a c pap machine which i was told medihelp would pay up to R9000 and they needed a cheaper quote which i got for them.
I spoke to a lady yesterday 19-11-2013 who knew what was going on and today nobody can find documents but i was told by Anneline the documents where recvd.
