My 3 year old son took sleeping tablets by accident in December. We rushed him to Constantiaburg medi clinic on the 15 of Decemeber 2013. I had to make an upfront payment and then claim from my medical age which I did. I faxed the Documents on the 17 of December the fax report said it was fine. When i called they told;d me they could not find the documents. I faxed the documents again and called back the agent said she was looking for the documents, she would call me back when she found them. She has never called me back. I then emailed the documents on the 13 of December. i am still battling after several phone calls to get any feed back or proper feedback. Each time i call i am told a different story. Even the call centre team leader Nolisa said she would take a look at it and call me back. I have yet to be contacted by her.

I called in again today and spoke to Moosa (300114qjwl9s) he was very arrogant and failed to answer my query sufficiently.

I am totally disgusted by the treatment that I am getting from Bonitas
