Medihelp
No help from Medihelp! Brake a tooth to find out!

My wife, myself plus my daughter are participants of Medihelp, Necess option. My daughter is 22 and currently on holiday in Scottburough, KwaZulu Natal. She broke her tooth and with excruciating pain she phoned Medihelp to find out which dentist she can use in Scottborough. The tellysales lady told her that firstly she does not know about a town called Scottborough, and secondly there was no dentist listed at Medihelp (Dennis). She then phoned me and I phoned Medihelp again to find out how they can hel her. I spoke to Mary and got the same result plus the lady on the phone wanted to know if I could tell her which is the closest town to Scottborough, as she did not know where it was. At this stage I asked if I could speak to a more senior person or one od the management, on which she repiled that nobody was available to speak to me. After I explained to her over and over again that I needed to speak to someone who can help me, she put me through to Tony Almaziem. Again Mr. Almaziem told me that thwre was no contracted dentist in Scottborough and that there is nothng he can do. On this I asked if I could speak to his superior, on which he replied that noone was availble.
