Mislead when signing up

When I initially made contact with Fedhealth it was to move from Discovery, at the time I was shown all the shiny bits and excitedly chose Fedhealth over a few others and signed up. My cover is only due to become active on 1 Dec 2013 and not only have I discovered how I was mislead, I contacted the call centre to find resolution to the problems and at first was told my initial call would be listened to and I would receive feedback. When I got the call back I was told to speak to chronic, they had not even listened to the call, I protested and was told again that they would listen to the call and Brett would get back to me the same day, (Friday 15 Nov 2013). It is now Wed 20 Nov 2013 and nothing.
I am although glad this occurred before going active with my cover. Could you please get in contact with me to terminate my membership before it goes live?
Discovery has confirmed that I can reinstate my membership with them.
Fedhealth may be cheaper with a few points better than Discovery but at least Discovery works and is honest, I suppose it is after all their service that I am paying for.
