No Response to Query / No Statement of Account

Since the 21st of August I have been requesting a copy of my statement of account. In July Zurreal changed their bank provider (without notifying clients) and I am not satisfied with the opening balance provided to the new bank. My requests have been ignored totally since the 21st of August, even though I have sent over 5 queries to them in this regard. I am proceeding to hand this matter to my attorneys as well as reporting Zurreal to the relevant ombudsman due to non-compliance.
