My complaint is directed at the Zurreal department.
My husband and I applied for the health card. My documents were delivered a month ago (we used registered post) and I still have not gotten any feed back. I sent an email through yesterday morning to the support officer I have been dealing with and have had no response. Our first debit order is due to come off 1 Feb but have not gotten our cards yet or, as previously mentioned, any feedback.
I would like to know when we will be getting our cards etc. This is our money that is being delt with, and the lack of correspondence regarding this is unacceptable.
