FNB fail to refund a loss caused by their failure

On 20 June a large amount of Euros was paid into my account with a value date of 21st June. FNB has a standing instruction from me to convert at the spot rate. After several queries from me, the money was eventually paid into my account on the 25th June, and at a much lower exchange rate than what I would have received on the 21st. I requested that the difference which I lost, be refunded by the bank. Again after several queries, reference number 305411 was issued on 2nd July with the promise of a quick response. Until today the money has not been paid into my account, neither did I receive any response.
