They say i owe gems money

For as long as 2 years my self and gems are fighting over that i owe them R3500. - i have all my receipts they have copies they even suspended me they wont pay my hospital account - R7000. im due for another opp it was to take place last we I'm a diabetic on top of it last year i had 5 by pass hart opp they are playing with our life's a week or two they wanted to terminate me lovely hey see I'm not a but they are trying to make wont out of me them maybe my troubles will be over. at moment i cant do anything at all.i need help urgent. i even got legal wise on then. if i really owed them that money i would of gave it to them.
