When you work with people, try to be more friendly

I never felt welcome the first day I walked in there, nobody greets you. It feels like they are doing you a favour when you are donating blood. There is just an overall bad attitude there and everyone working there is more concerned about what's going on on the television than finish helping the person they are busy with. On our way out I said goodbye, Jean looked me right in the face and did not say goodbye back.
