Poor customer service

I had the unfortunate need to have to pick up a care from Budget car hire at Arbour Crossing. My car was damaged and needed to go in for repairs so my insurance gave me a hired car.

The lady at the front desk, Nonqibelo, was so rude and unfriendly. She didn't greet us when we walked in and we had to solicite all the greetings from her. Her attitude was curt, at best and all her answers were monosyllabic and very unfriendly. She didn't even say goodbye or thank you. When my wife noticed this she made a concerted effort to say goodbye which was met with a disdainful response.

We felt that like it was because it was an insurance claim that we were treated like this. I have dealt mostly with Avis in the past and would never have experienced this kind of attitude. The other gentlemen employees that walked in during our visit were so polite and greeted us.
