I just need reminding why you spend funds sending reminders, printing flyers and phoning donors personally to donate blood.
You go through all this effort and then send to the respective areas to handle the donating process.

At Wesb this morning there were only 5 beds, WHICH WERE ALL EMPTY because the woman doing the checks was taking so long that most people walked out after spending 35 minutes in the queue. When we eventually convinced one of the other ladies to help with the screening process she was so rude she literally threw the form back in my face because of a unmarked question.

You beg people to donate blood and to save lives, mean time we all kill over waiting to do the good deed. I will never donate again. I will personally offer my O neg blood to friends and family through a PROFESSIONAL GP or hospital.

Stop spending time and funds on begging people to donate and spend money on recruiting people who actually want to work and contribute to your cause
