Accounts opened without my consent

Lancet labs are claiming that I owe them money for the blood test which was done without my consent.

I visited Doctor Alice Mutsamai who never said anything about sending my blood to lancet lab, or even ask me to sign consent form tell me about extra payment regarding that practice.

A month later I started receiving smses from Lancet advising me to pay my account as their private patient, but I knew nothing about them.

How do someone open an account on my behalf without my knowledge or my authorization?
I'm an adult 33 years of age I'm capable to make a decision but in this case I'm being told that this doctor acted on my behalf and opened this account and I'm the one who must pay this, how is that possible?

This doctor is avoiding me to clarify this matter and lancet is claiming that I owe them and I must take this up with this Doctor.

This is rip-off and doctor new that I don't have a medical aid and I was paid her cash up front.
