Not worthy of being called a docto

My daughter was scheduled for an appointment with the doctor for an assesment and recomendations on possible treatment. After the appointment we called for 2 consecutive weeks of asking for a report, eventually we recieved a report, the report given to me was all the stuff I told the doctor, no recomendations nothing, after a number of complaints and further faxes, we still have not heard anything.

However he was only to happy to bill us R 3815.70 for a 15 minute appointment. The doctor is a complete rip off and does not feel the need to do what is actually required by him
