LACK OF SUPPORT IN SOCIAL ISSUES

Middle of August if not July I have written an email to all the management and staff of Arwyp Hospital desperately in need of assistance for our project as an Orphanage on the World Aids Day (01 Dec). The only reply I received was that my email will be sent to relevant departments. Until today I have never heard of their reply ever. I even sent them a reminder in September and it looks like nobody cares about social responsibility because till today the reminder email is still un-replied. Worse is that this campaign is about HIV/AIDS, something the Hospital must be taking very seriously. Now if they cannot respond this kind of calls what about when you are going to be sick and looking for assistance from them. I can already feel that it will be the worst nightmare. I even mentioned on my email that I'm not necessarily looking for a yes from them. I mentioned that even negative response will be appreciated in order for us to move forward. Now I'm not sure if its because they ignore some emails, or they don't read their emails at all, or maybe they don't care about any society.
