Sent Bonita's a query on Friday, with regards to adding a new member onto my existing medical aid account,
Received and automated reply on the 6th November saying "This e-mail serves to confirm that we have received and are attending to your query."
it's the 12th already and I still await a response???
I am paying for this service every month, and I just can't come to terms with their lack of professionalism and response time.
Now I question if I should still go ahead adding my husband onto this pathetic medical aid or not??

This is not the first time, I experience bad service.

Bonita's going forward, I will not tolerate this "3rd world service"
I will cancel my membership, should this continue.
