I called the call centre to ask about the chronic benefit and where should I mail the script to, I was told to mail the prescription to health [Email Removed] and they will contact us with two -three days, it was about 3weeks backs until recent, I then called again and the agent I spoke to told me I sent it to the wrong department, and need to resend again, my son is been without his meds for almost a month because your hired incompetent people. it is very unprofessional and irritating...
