FALSE PROMISES & IN ORDER 2 DELAY PLAN CHANGE

I am on the KeyCare Plus, in Feb I started a new job where i took a salary cut. I was told that because my premium is salary based I should contact Discovery to change my salary bracket as on my current salary I have been over paying by over R200 for the last 10 months, I Spoke to an agent named Kim, she informed me that all i had to do was send through a payslip then call in again & they would change the plan over the phone. I emailed through my payslip then called Discovery again on this turn getting through to a Johnathan, who informed me that 1 payslip was not sufficient, that i needed to send through 3 months payslips & bank statements. I told him that I started a new Job in February, he then said that i should submit all payslips & bank statements since Feb & they would change my plan &; ALSO reimburse me the overpayment of my plan since Feb ( -R2000). I then submitted everything, called through again for the 3RD time & once again was told another story, that they could not back date my premium or reimburse me. 3 days later & my plan has still not been changed! Does no one know how to do their job or is purposefully done to delay plan change.
