Discovery - Ignoring My Claims

Discovery Medical Aid seem to just care about collecting fees every month. When it comes to getting money back from them, not such an easy task. My wife went in for the delivery of our baby 3 weeks ago, we have a plan with Discovery that covers all in-hospital procedures related to this. I paid the deposit for the gynecologist, which is his fee WHILE IN HOSPITAL. I sent the details to Discovery and they simply ignored me. Sent it a week later and they ignored me again. Now I've paid the remaining amount for the gynecologist and sent them the receipt, instructing they need to reimburse me. No response from them. Discovery, you will pay, it is up to you how much you delay this and how much bad exposure you get from this, Monday morning I contact Consumer Watch, Tuesday morning I contact the local newspaper, Wednesday I contact the Ombudsman...
