No Extra month that was paid fo

We were on Bankmed medical aid for over 9 years. My husband resigned at work on 27 December 2012 and the last payment was made to Bankmed on 21 December 2012 for the period of 20 December 2012 to January 2013. I went online on 2 January 2013 and according to Bankmed's website our medical aid was still active members. On 19 January 2013 my daugther began to have siezers and we rushed to Hospital, the admitted to Hospital and Bankmed gave authorisation. Now after al this time we are getting phone call after phone call that we are owing the Hospital and various doctors. Our savings account was over R 11, 000.00 and according to me this must be paid out to us. We only want these accounts paid and the oustanding monies in our saving to be paid out to us.
