What's the use of me having medical aid when you guys reject the hospital's claims? Why do I pay you monthly if I myself still need to pay the hospital? I have 2 claims that you guys rejected and it just upsets me because I was admitted and needed medical assistance, isn't that what the medical aid is for? Was I supposed to ignore the pain I was in not knowing what would've happened to me because you guys don't want to pay the bill? Can someone sort this out for me because it's just frustrating.
