Empty Promises

Still awaiting for feedback from Sharmen/Brad from their client services team. its been over 5 weeks since I lodge my initial complaint with DH, was promised feedback numerous times but now Discovery does not to take ownership of a claim that their consultant confirmed will be paid from my Threshold benefit. As per Brad, you were waiting to get the recordings and we are still waiting. What happened to "Treating the customer fairly" (TCF Act), I await your feedback by COB tomorrow or I will lodge a formal complaint with the Ombudsman.
