Bad service, promises now no feedback

My complaint dates back to July, in September i was asked contact details which i provided and confirmed the receipt thereof, tomorrow is the 1st of November still no feedback. I don't know whats worse My initial complaint or the fact that i was promised feedback which i did not receive within 3 months... disappointing honestly.
