Medihelp dont pay

My wife had to have a ptosis repair blepharoplasty. Authorisation was given with request for a visual field test.
She went to have the visual field test done (Medihelp did not pay for that) Went for the operation in Durban, they did not pay the narcotics or pay even the doctor in full.
They don't pay the dr's they don't pay the medicine the don't pay x-rays they don't pay blood test.
Apparently everything comes out of savings. The medical payment a month is almost R4000 and a quarter of that goes to savings. Where does the rest go to then if they don't cover anything??
i might aswell cancel the medical aid and put my premium in an account - as i have to pay for everything anyway.
We were at Medshield before and never had problems like that. So sorry that we have change that time.
