I am so disappointed in Discovery, I find a broker online and the lady told me to send my application form along whit other thing and I did so on the 19/03/2013 and so it went on she said that it will not take longer than 1 week so I wait and wait I ask her after 1week how long before I know if discovery will approve me and I send it on the 25/03/2013 an she never responded back to me and not on one of her emails are there a number to call so after 10days of not getting anything back I went and get a second broker and I have told the broker what happened, he said it is fine he will help me knowing that I had problems from the first broker and that she did not get back to me and I could not get hold of her then after more than 10 days on the 16/04/2013 he tells me that he cannot help me reason he is not my broker after I have send my application form along whit other things every day he asks me for something that I have send and then I have to do it, so it went on after a another 10 day I told the broker it is not acceptable for me to wait so long he told me there is nothing he can do so I call head office in sandton and told the manager what happened and he told me he cant he
