Poor, pathetic service

I joined my new employer (Outsurance) on 1 May 2013, one of the benefits is that would have to join Discovery Health Medical Aid... I completed my application to join online (App- 2839129177) on 03 May 2013... I was told that the membership would be activated within a few days but noting has been activated at all and today is 14 May 2013... I'm saddened by this level of poor service from Discovery Health, I am being sent from pillar to post and all I want to do is activate my membership!!! If i had any other option I would rather go to another provider who can deliver better service as Discovery Health have given me nothing but poor, pathetic service!!!
