Worst Service EVER!!!

I am a regular at Emperors Palace, On Friday 01/11/13 I went to Emperor's to Gamble and was curious as to what I have played and won over the past 6 months that I have had my Gold Card. I went to the winners circle desk to ask if it is possible to get the figures, i was then told by the supervisor that i need a letter from my lawyer stating why i need the figures, I told him I don't have a lawyer and he said well then i have to get one because its confidential information, i cannot believe how pathetic that is, when i am putting my money in their machine no lawyer/letter is needed! The fact that i need to pay someone to get MY OWN confidential information is DISGUSTING!! Then that same evening i went to the bar and was in the queue, the bar tender then helped everybody in front of me and when he got to me he helped the 2 African people behind me, when i asked him why he is helping people when i am in front of me he just ignored it and asked me what i want finally after waiting for about 15 mins already. I then ordered 2 x cokes and gave R100 note and he said oh sorry no change, but the people before me paid with change, so. KEEP UR GOLD CARD EMPERORS I DON'T WANT IT ANYMORE!
