40 minute queue, then sent to another queue

My Winners circle Card has apparently expired - I was told so by the attendant at the entrance. So I tried to find where I could renew it. I went to Information and spent 40 minutes there, only to be told I must go further on to the Winner Circle queue. When I got there, there were another 20 people ahead of me. I gave up and went home.

They must communicate better. They must serve customers quicker. Standing for ages in queues belongs to the dark ages.
