Gold Card Member with no Birthday Rewards, Useless

For five years in total I have not received any birthday vouchers, last year I went to collect at the winners circle desk and they said they do not have a postal address yet I have updated my details. This year it is my birthday and still receive nothing. Does this mean having a Gold CArd means nothing... ALL I WANT IS WHAT IS DUE TO ME. I need a call urgently to discuss this further as I will escalate this matter to the highest point.
