Went to emperors palace for an evening out with the family, went to guest relations where i printed my club card and was told that i have R 750 freeplay money on my card. Went for dinner and afterwards wanted to check the money on the card and there was nothing. I went back to guest relations and at first she told her manager that she did not recognise me. Got the manager Ronnie Motene involved and they just said sorry they made a mistake, typical incompetent staff! Said they will mail marketing the next day. They had a bad attitude when the reliased they were wrong. You just lost my business in the prive at the tables. Well done! Promise you nothing will come of this. Emperors wont see me again!!!
