Dr's monies from Trauma paid to me then deducted

My son was admitted to CBMH on Saturday the 26th October and received a bill and was confused as to why a bill of R1998 from a Gp G Visser was paid straight to me, after enquiry i find out it is the trauma Dr bill, 1stly no Dr's account are paid to me unless the amount they are claiming is pay less, so now why was i paid this bill as as per my previous disputes with discovery over Surgeon payments has been deducted from "what i owe discovery" apparently. I want this amount reveres as this payment is never supposed to be paid to me but the Dr G Visser straight. This service and strategies Discovery is trying to use is getting ridiculous now really.
