Discovery not responding to Claim Request

On the 7 September 2013 I submitted a claim to discovery. They provided an unsuitable reason as to why the claim was not paid. Thereafter I submitted several more queries that have been ignored. I have also contacted their call centre and the lady said that it may be paid.

I find this level of service appalling especially taking into account how much I spend on medical aid every month.
