Lancet Intimidates SA citizens

I am very dissipointed and feel threatened at this point. I received an sms from Lancet that read as follows: Lancet Demands IMMEDIATE payment of R369.40 on your overdue Ref# F3622578 account, avoid handover TO ITC. Contact 0113580875 URGENTLY. Please note the wording and use of capital letters. I have not received any account from Lancet in this regard throug the post. I have not received a phone call from Lancet. I belong to discovery health and if they did not receive payment I have no objection to pay outstanding monies owed to them however this I do not except as a statement of account. This is clearly a threat. I will find out how to report this either to the police or NCR. I will go to my nearest branch to query this outstanding monies and pay if it even is outstanding. This country has rules / regulations against intimidation. I have a right to live without fear and will practice my right through the law if need be.
