I recently went for an annual checkup at my doctor, after which he sent away for some tests. He used Lancet.

Since then I have been receiving threats from their staff re my account, AFTER ONLY A FEW DAYS and before I even received my bill! They threatened to list me on ITC if I did not pay my account immediately. I asked them if I can have a 30 day account, as everybody used to have, to which they replied I do, but I am overdue. I asked them to at least read my statement on their system. The attitude I received was both shocking and appalling.

When I asked them to email my statement to me, they said they will send it and then list me on ITC at the same time AS I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED UP MYSELF! The promised statement never arrived.

I had to handle this myself so I went to a LANCET OFFICE to ask for the statement and paid the account, IN OFFICE, immediately and in full. This was still under 2 weeks after the doctor's visit and still well within the 30 day period...

This very morning, the 15th of November, some time AFTER I have paid the account, somebody from Lancet called me AND THREATENED ME AGAIN!!

Now, I have to email them proof of payment or else...
