NO FEEDBACK AND DON'T CARE ATTITUDE

I submitted an URGENT application for a neubiliser for my daughter that is asthmatic, with all the required documentation, on the 14th October 2013. I phoned Gems on the 16th of October to confirm they received it - confirmed it has been received. I had e-mailed and faxed the documention to Gems enquiries and to the Appliances department. The consultant asked me to resend the documentation to him which I did and he said he has escalated the application. On Friday the 18th October I again phoned Gems and the response I got was basically I must wait, in the meantime my daughter is suffering and there is nothing they can do! And I was told that I will have a reply by the Wednesday which is the 23rd October. I phoned that wednesday - still no information! I phoned again on the 25th October - same response from consultants and you can hear their voices that they don't care and they reciting the words that they have been trained to say!! I was told that there is a 7-14 day "turn around" time! I then phoned again today the 29th Otober and AGAIN I got the same response except this time I was told in a very bored reciting voice that I must wait longer!! This is URGENT!!!
