Discovery Vitality cancelled my gym membership. No phone call, no email. Just a cancellation letter. According to their system I only had 35 out of 36 gym sessions which I believe is incorrect but they will not hear you out. I only use Vitality for the gym membership. All I got in response was a no your gym membership is cancelled. What happened to good customer service and innovation. You guys really are pathetic and should really try to be more innovative and caring like FNB! This is really pathetic.. how easy would it be to send a reminder email to your clients... but no! you just want more and more money!
