Waiting 55 mins for call centre to answe

I phoned last Tuesday- Hung on for 40 mins. No response so sent an email. No response to second email. I need to get a procedure authorised.
Today 28th OCt, no response via email. Tried to phone again. Got through to call centre at 4.27 on my clock and waited until 5.15 and then hung up in desperation. Time and cost of call.
The contact page does not list call centre hours so I presumed because I got the 'Please be patient' loop the call centre was still open. Perhaps I made the wrong assumption.
I would recommend Anton (the MD) try calling at this time to check it out... sure he wont be disappointed in the poor service...
