Waiting takes ages

I applied for a loan 2 days ago but the website says it only takes 2 hours. if you download the form it give you a email address. my email was never delivered as that mailbox is full. i tried calling the call centre and i literally waited for 2 hours just to get answers i hung up after 2 hours. i applied online still no response. this is not what the website promises you at all, this is not fast approval.
