WORST service EVER from Mango!! I tried to book my ticket via the website on the 28th of February, paid R1245 via the PayD option - payment went through but the website did not allow me to book!

I spent 3 HOURS calling every possible call centre/help centre/head office etc. and everyone promised to get back to me (but didn't) or cut me off, gave me wrong email addresses and the list goes on and on!! Today of course, you can't reach anyone as they don't work over the weekend!

They expected me to rebook and pay AGAIN for a flight I have already paid for! I had an operation on Tuesday and desperately needed to be assisted!

I have now booked through SAA... I WILL NEVER USE MANGO EVER AGAIN!! Poor service, unprofessional... pathetic!! I want my money BACK asap!!

I have dealt with [Email Removed] [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] who have asked me to send through all the information, but I never received any kind of reply. I sent all the information through to [Email Removed] too...

STILL waiting for a response, a refund... but nothing. The Call Centres are all pathetic and everyone sends me around with the same result!
