Unbelievable the lack of professionalism from a spa, and their website states under new management.
Receive a call from the consultant at 10:15am asking if the appointment can be changed from 2pm to 11am. Asked why the 2pm cannot be honoured and she says "because she doesn't feel like working late"..INCREDIBLE! Think they need "under new new management"
