BLOOD DONATION GONE MISSING

I donated a unit of blood in March 2013 and found out in April (after receiving several calls to please donate again) that my blood donation from March 2013 had not been recorded. It has gone missing!!! I submitted a query and 3 weeks later, today, I am still not sure what has come of my blood donation. I never-the-less keep receiving calls and sms to please donate. I will not donate anymore until I receive a perfectly good explanation and proof that my blood donation has been found from March. I will inform other blood donors and potential donors of this incident as I find it shocking that our blood donations go amiss. How badly do you actually need blood when you can afford to loose it? How many other donors' donations have gone missing without their knowledge??? Donating blood is no fun and often WE go out of our way to help and accommodate you. This is unacceptable and I require some urgent action / attention please!!
