Refund Woes

I made a booking for a friends wedding which took place on 9 August 2013. On 3 August 2013 i was hospitalized and released only on 14 August and duly cancelled my reservation. I enquired as to what the possible penalties were and was advised there were non and was assured that my refund would be effected by 31 August 2013. i called in September and was advised that the end of the month i would be fully reimbursed and once again nothing happened. On 15 October i spoke to Rooms Division Manager and also to the accounts department and was assured that i would receive full payment on 21 October no hassles. it is the 24th and after follow up emails and phonecalls i have yet to hear from them and after my call today i spoke to yet ANOTHER manager who has promised to call me today. This is simply to say DO NOT bother with Boulevard 44 ever. Even if it is the last hotel around after this atrocious service i am quite happy sleeping on a rock than in your establishment
