Refund of Red Bull Fighters Tickets

Dear Hello Peter,
I made a reservation with Rudi Bryson Promotions for the Red Bull Fighters - which was cancelled at the last minute.

No notification from Rudi Bryson that this event was cancelled and the refunds were going to be arranged. Since my initial email about the refund from the 25th August 2013, I was promised that the refund would be send to me by the afternoon of the 27th August 2013. It is now the 25th September 2013 and I still have not yet received the full refund. When you send an email to Rudi, he does not respond. If you telephone him, I am advised by Rudi that he will have the refund to me within 24 hours.

This is not how you conduct business. Possibly I will get my refund now that I have approached you - lets see what happens.
